Why does it matter what other people think of us and why do we care about praise?
We take great pride in the work that we do with our young people and strive to make sure that we are at the top of our game. Being a truly therapeutic fostering agency, it is fantastic when professionals recognise us for the work we do and part of the way that we can monitor our impact is by getting feedback from external organisations.
In short, our favourite praise which we receive is all about the progression of the children we have in our families, the support the families themselves receive from us and that we are truly living up to our Mission, Vision and Values. The most important thing for us is that we can support you in supporting children who have had a hard start and when we get feedback which shows this, it warms our hearts.
