How long have you worked in the foster care industry?

I haven't been in the foster care industry for long. I joined Mosaic in November 2022.

What is your favourite part of your job?

My favourite part of my job is visiting the various foster parents and children we work with, finding out what they have been up to and what positive improvements have happened.

What do you enjoy about working at Mosaic Foster Care?

I enjoy the freedom and respect I get from Mosaic to enable me to do my job whilst feeling comfortable and work to the best of my ability.

What has been the most memorable moment for you in your foster care career?

My most memorable moment is my first shadowed visit with my supervisor, as this was my first chance to experience what foster care is about.

What do you do to relax?

I like to play FIFA, go to the gym and play football.
