How long have you worked in the foster care industry?

Prior to coming to work for Mosaic, I worked for 4 years with looked after children within my previous role within the CAMHS service, and have also been a supportive foster carer for over 7 years.

What is your favourite part of your job?

I love my 1:1 therapeutic work with the young people we support, and the opportunity to think reflectively with foster carers and the wider team around the young person.

What do you most enjoy about working at Mosaic Foster Care?

Working as part of a close and caring team, who strive towards the very best possible outcomes for young people in care.

What has been the most memorable moment for you in your foster care career?

Coming to work with the great team at Mosaic Foster Care!

What do you do to relax?

I enjoy spending time with friends and family, reading, waiting and spending time at my allotment - where I try and try and try to grow things!

What does a typical work day look like?

A typical day sees me connecting with foster parents in therapeutic supervision, seeing young people 1:1 in therapy sessions and completing therapeutic strengths and needs assessments.
