Over 10 and a half years.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Knowing that we are giving children and young people a safe and nurturing home in which to recover from trauma.

What do you most enjoy about working at Mosaic Foster Care?

The people I work with! We are one big family team and all work therapeutically to achieve the same outcomes for the children and young people.

What has been the most memorable moment for you in your foster care career?

Getting awarded Ofsted Outstanding twice!

What do you do to relax?

Gardening and spending time with family and friends.
