Mosaic Foster Care is a Private Ltd Company (reg no 07133494) providing Placements for Children and young people to age 21. Mosaic Foster Care Ltd is owned and operated by its sole director.

Director – Andre Palmer MA, BA, DipSW

The agency was established in 2010 and merged with Kites Children’s Services Fostering in 2015, which was owned by the same director. It is registered with Ofsted (Reg no. SC417598) and we are members of The Fostering Network, Coram BAAF and the National Association of Independent Fostering Providers.
