What is your favourite part of your job?

Supporting foster parents with their growth and understanding, and watching our young people flourish.

What do you most enjoy about working at Mosaic Foster Care?

Working with the amazing foster parents, team and young people.

What has been the most memorable moment for you in your foster care career?

I have been fortunate to have had a lot of memorable moments during my career, however one that comes to mind first is devising and delivering the SMILE training with Aly Thompson, our Therapeutic Lead. It has been great to see this put into action in the fostering home and how positive this has been for foster parents and young people.

What do you do to relax?

I like to go to the gym, go paddle boarding or crocheting.

What does a typical work day look like?

A mixture of virtual and face-to-face meetings, training, reading and chatting with various professionals.
