How long have you worked in the foster care industry?

I started my masters degree in social work in 2018. I completed my final placement with Mosaic and never left!

Prior to becoming a social worker, I had some experience of the fostering world as I grew up in a family that fostered. I have been lucky enough to gain lots of foster brothers and sisters over the years!

What is your favourite part of your job?

Watching our foster families flourish.

What do you most enjoy about working at Mosaic Foster Care?

Our team! We are like one big happy family.

What has been the most memorable moment for you in your foster care career?

I couldn't possibly think of just one moment. I love watching our young people settle and thrive in their new foster families every day.

What does a typical work day look like?

Lots of home visits and meetings, and of course, lots of coffee!
